A LEGACY IN THE SKY
CANDLELIGHT VIGIL at 8PM
A Legacy in the Sky Candlelight Vigil honors the life and lasting impact of the late LaMarco ‘Boss’
Wilcox. This event is a private family event, by invitation only and will kick off Boss Week 2025 by
honoring, remembering and celebrating the life of Lamarco ‘Boss’ Wilcox on the anniversary of his
departure, July 9th at Friendship Fountain in San Marco.
This symbolic and momentous event represents the spirit, leadership, and purpose LaMarco
embodied - a purpose that continues to rise and inspire through the ongoing work of LaMarco
Wilcox Men of Balance, founded by his brother Frank Marshall and led by their sons LaMarco
Wilcox Jr and Franklin Marshall.. LaMarco’s life has created this platform in his name to mentor
today’s youth. His legacy will soar higher with each life touched and each mission carried forward.
Men of Balance now consists of community leaders committed to make a difference among our
youth.

Boss Week Youth Empowerment Summit is an all-inclusive empowerment experience designed for
every gender and generation. This dynamic event creates a space where no area of growth is left
untouched. Key areas will include financial literacy, real estate, Entrepreneurship, Starting a
Business, Credit, Music, Film, and Health is wealth including mental health.
A comprehensive industry mogul panel will be available for Q&A. Through powerful discussions, inspiring speakers, and real conversations, participants are equipped to rise stronger, lead boldly, and live purposefully.
Boss Week Youth Empowerment is more than an event - it's a movement of strength, leadership,
and lasting impact.

BOWLING WITH BOSSES at 3PM
LOCATION: MAIN EVENT, 10370 Philips Highway, Jacksonville, FL 32256
Bowling with Bosses is a Back to School Fundraiser where leaders and companies can adopt a
group of youth and sponsor their bowling lane.
Participants enjoy a full day of activities, including
arcade games, laser tag, and food, while engaging directly with leaders and mentors from the
community.
This community event offers underprivileged youth a positive, empowering summer
experience, creating opportunities for collaboration, inspiration, and connection in a fun, supportive
environment.

BOSS WEEK BOXING OPEN SPARRING
FIGHTING FOR SAVE OUR YOUTH
BOSS WEEK FINALE!

Fighting for our Kids is the grand finale of Boss Week. This unique boxing event is an opportunity to
re-channel energy into a unified cause and action. It’s more than a boxing event. It's a movement
to give our youth a fighting chance, promoting strategy, discipline, mentorship and effective conflict
resolution over violence.
There has been senseless deaths of our kids in this city. Enough is enough. The message of the
boxers….’Put some respect on it!’ The presence of a child or youth should always change things.
As these boxers fight for the kids, they hope to convey a message to ‘Yield for the Kids.’ Special
recognition will be given to Prince Holland (13) and Breon Allen (7), two students who both recently
lost their lives to gun violence.
